Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village has teamed up with triOS College to offer the Personal Support Worker Program (PSW) on-site. Students will have the chance to study in a real long-term care and assisted living setting. This innovative living classroom model promotes a dynamic learning experience, seamlessly blending education from one of Canada’s largest career colleges with our commitment to high-quality, compassionate care from the very start.

About the Program

Complete the program in 31 weeks, including 12 weeks of hands-on internship. This NACC Personal Support Worker 2022 certificate program provides you an entryway into the growing Canadian healthcare industry, which is experiencing unprecedented government investment including up to $5,400 stipend at the end of your placement.

The Living Classroom program is funded by the Government of Ontario and led by the Schlegel-UW Research Institute for Aging (RIA) through the Ontario Centres for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care (Ontario CLRI), in partnership with the Ontario Association of Adult and Continuing Education School Board Administrators (CESBA).
