I support and lead a team that develops and implements HR and Volunteer Service strategies to promote organizational growth and a culture of diversity and inclusion.

I manage all of the food services programs including our Hot Meals & Satellite Meal Program as well as Laundry services for Long Term Care and Assisted Living Residents.

I am responsible for ensuring the financial health of the organization by overseeing and managing financial procedures and systems of the accounting department.

I manage and oversee the nursing and activation departments in Long Term Care and well as the IPAC – Infection Prevention and Control programs for Niagara Ina Grafton.
Environmental Services Manager
I oversee the leasing and maintenance of the property to ensure residents and staff are in a safe and well-maintained environment.
