The volunteer Foundation is made up of residents, volunteers from the community and two Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village Board Member representatives.

NIGGV receives funding from various government ministries, it cannot solely depend on these sources. Therefore in 2000 the Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Foundation was formed to aid with fundraising efforts for projects that enhance the quality of life for seniors of the village here in St. Catharines and our Niagara on the lake location, Stone Road Village.
