All housing options at both of our properties have a lengthy wait list.  Since it is difficult to predict how long the wait may be, you are encouraged to apply early & consider other options in the community for yourself.

There is a $200.00 non-refundable administration fee to apply for our wait lists for the following accommodation options:

• Life Lease Apartments and Bungalows
• Rental Apartments (excluding RGI)
