I oversee the clients and personal support workers who make up the Assisted Living program we offer at Niagara Ina Grafton.

I support and lead a team that develops and implements HR and Volunteer Service strategies to promote organizational growth and a culture of diversity and inclusion.

I manage all of the food services programs including our Hot Meals & Satellite Meal Program as well as Laundry services for Long Term Care and Assisted Living Residents.

Responsible for ensuring the financial health of the organization by overseeing and managing financial procedures and systems of the accounting department.

I manage and oversee the nursing and activation departments in Long Term Care and well as the IPAC – Infection Prevention and Control programs for Niagara Ina Grafton.

I oversee the leasing and maintenance of the property to ensure residents and staff are in a safe and well-maintained environment.
