At our St. Catharines site, a personal response service called SARA Help Call is provided 24-hours a day, 365 days a year for a monthly fee. The goal is to give our residents confidence to continue to live independently in their own home. Help is just a push button away connecting to our Personal Support Workers onsite. It provides peace of mind, is easy to use, and ensures a resident gets help quickly when it is needed.
